For
both adults and pediatric populations, Denver Prosthetic and
Orthotic Specialists, Inc. (DPOSI) strives to provide the very
best in Prosthetic and Orthotic management to our highly
valued patients.
Board certified in prosthetics and
orthotics, Jeff Ostermiller, CPO and Pawel Brzozka CP, CFo
have over 25 years of combined experience and are trained to
evaluate, fabricate and fit any type of external prosthesis or
orthotic bracing including both upper and lower extremity as
well as spinal bracing management. With a doctor's
prescription, services are available for men, women and
children. Patients are instructed in the use and care of each
item and we are available to offer support and
understanding.
In prosthetics, high-tech microprocessor
components and lightweight materials are available such as
flexible sockets, energy storage dynamic response systems,
high strength graphic components and titanium structural
modules. Myoelectric upper extremity prostheses and
specialized sport prostheses are uniquely designed for the
individual patient need, assuring comfort, function and ease
of movement.
In orthotics, custom made orthotic
bracing is available including those for specialized sports,
conventional metal systems, as well as modern thermo-molded,
thermo-formed plastic designs.
Denver Prosthetic &
Orthotic Specialists, Inc. also offers service and repair on
all prosthetic devices and orthopedic appliances. The service
and repair are reasonably priced and are covered by Medicare,
Medicaid and most insurance plans.
